This is a full-time on-site role for a Gender and Safe Guarding Specialist at Lead Foundation located in Abbottabad Tehsil. The role involves day-to-day tasks focused on promoting gender equality, implementing safe guarding measures, and ensuring a safe environment for all individuals

Qualifications

• Experience in gender equality advocacy and safe guarding
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to gender and safe guarding
• Ability to develop and implement policies and programs
• Experience in conducting training and awareness programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Gender Studies, etc.)
• Experience working in NGOs or community organizations is a plus
