Dongjin Battery is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its automotive battery sales operations based in Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with deep industry knowledge, a strong dealer/distributor network, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals in the automotive battery segment.

  • Identify, approach, and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

  • Lead and manage the sales team: set KPIs, monitor progress, provide guidance, and assess performance regularly.

  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align market needs with product offerings.

  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.

  • Coordinate with the technical support team to ensure superior after-sales service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of sales experience in automotive batteries, preferably in a managerial role.

  • Established network in the auto parts market and battery distribution channels.

  • Strong understanding of battery technologies such as lead-acid and lithium-ion.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
