Description:
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our Tele Sales Representatives (TSRs) team and drive international B2B sales, especially in the US market. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with strong leadership skills, proven IT services experience, and the ability to generate qualified leads and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Web Development, Mobile Apps, and Digital Marketing Services.
- Lead a growing team of 3–4 TSRs and expand the team based on performance.
- Strategically organize daily outreach and campaigns targeting international markets, especially the United States.
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly paid sales targets of $20,000–$25,000.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and coordinate with billing and technical teams to finalize projects.
- Maintain detailed records using CRM platforms like HubSpot, ensuring a high-quality pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Submit weekly call reports, lead status updates, and performance metrics to the CEO/Director of Sales.
- Stay updated on international market trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Deliver exceptional client experience pre- and post-sale to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in international IT sales, especially targeting B2B clients in the US.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in leading telesales or inside sales teams.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Sales certifications preferred.
- Cool-tempered, resilient under pressure, and skilled at objection handling.
