Description:

We’re looking for a highly experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our outbound sales operations. You will be responsible for managing and motivating multiple teams, including Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Tech Consultants, and Email Marketing. This is a senior leadership role that demands strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to drive revenue growth through coordinated outbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale the Lead Gen team, Cold Callers, Tech Consultants, and Email Marketing specialists.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute outbound strategies to meet and exceed client acquisition targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and targeting.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs, track team performance, and optimize outreach campaigns based on data.
  • Process Optimization: Implement sales systems, tools, and workflows to improve team efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Client Interaction: Support Tech Consultants in closing calls by understanding client pain points and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Training & Development: Upskill your teams regularly to ensure world-class outbound and consultative sales.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales leadership, preferably in tech, SaaS, or outsourcing industries.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing cross-functional sales teams across multiple channels.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of CRM tools (Close, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) and sales automation platforms.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets through outbound initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
