Spireteq Solutions is hiring a Sales Manager (Male/Female) for a full-time, morning shift role in Karachi. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, digital marketing, and working in a dynamic tech environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and cold calling skills, a drive to achieve sales targets, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. While prior experience in a software house marketing role (fresh to 6 months) is preferred, enthusiastic freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective cold calling and communicate clearly with clients

• Execute marketing strategies across various social media platforms

• Meet and exceed set sales targets and performance goals

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Collaborate with the team for client engagement and business development

• Contribute to marketing activities and campaigns for the software house

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

• Passion and dedication to working on sales targets

• Ability to manage social media marketing efforts

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Fresh to 6 months of experience in software house marketing is a plus
