Sales Manager

Description:

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our customer acquisition efforts, promote our FTTH services, and build strong client relationships. The candidate should be target-driven, energetic, and experienced in the telecom or ISP sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals

• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and referrals

• Pitch FTTH products to residential and corporate clients

• Handle customer negotiations, proposals, and closures

• Manage a team of field sales representatives

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business

• Proven record of achieving sales targets in telecom/ISP sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
