What You’ll Be Doing

Your role is not just to sell — it’s to build lasting partnerships, align solutions with client needs, and drive measurable business growth for SocialSupe.

Core Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with local and international brands
• Pitch our services and solutions effectively to key decision-makers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to craft tailored proposals
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Represent SocialSupe at relevant industry events and client meetings
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to find strategic sales angles

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience (agency background is a plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and creative services
• Exceptional communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and sales performance
• Strategic thinker who thrives on results and relationship-building
• Confidence to present, pitch, and close deals independently
