Description:
FEI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving growth across their Scent & Care and Pharma product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, with the ability to expand market presence, forge and maintain strong client relationships, and deliver high-impact sales strategies that align with the company’s innovative offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and market expansion across the Scent & Care and Pharma segments.
Develop and nurture client partnerships through effective communication and consultative selling.
Craft and implement targeted sales strategies and solutions to meet client needs.
Monitor market trends and maintain awareness of competitor activity.
Provide insightful feedback to internal teams to help refine product offerings.
Conduct frequent client visits and travel as part of the business development process.
Key Qualifications:
MBA in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution.
6–8 years of B2B sales experience specifically within the Pharma or Scent & Care sectors.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Deep customer orientation and a proactive sales approach.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business growth initiatives.
