FranchisePk.com, a leading platform connecting investors with franchising opportunities, is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join its expanding team in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a proven background in sales and a passion for building client relationships, driving revenue, and leading effective sales initiatives.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building a qualified pipeline, and delivering measurable results. You will also coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients, providing them with a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the franchising and business development sector.

• Identify and approach new leads, prospects, and partnership opportunities.

• Foster strong client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, onboarding, customer support) to deliver seamless customer experiences.

• Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.

• Remain up to date with industry developments and competitor offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in sales, preferably in B2B services or franchising.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Proficient in CRM tools, email communication, and sales reporting.

• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
