🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute data-driven sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new customer segments and opportunities for growth across online and institutional channels.
- Develop pricing models, promotional plans, and conversion strategies for our digital courses.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear KPI's, coach team members, and foster a performance-driven culture.
- Create systems to monitor team productivity and track lead-to-conversion funnels.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate relationships with key clients including students, educational institutions, and B2B partners.
- Ensure a seamless and consultative sales experience aligned with our mission to empower future medical professionals.
4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align sales efforts with platform campaigns and course launches.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve course offerings and user experience.
5. Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Use CRM tools and dashboards to track performance, forecast sales, and identify trends.
- Report on weekly/monthly performance to senior leadership and suggest actionable insights.
🎓 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in edtech or digital learning platforms.
- Strong understanding of the online education market and student conversion dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
