SuperSecure, a trusted name in cybersecurity solutions and a Supernet company, is actively seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join its Lahore team. This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in cybersecurity sales and a proven ability to drive revenue generation across the full sales lifecycle. The selected candidate will be tasked with developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and organizational success.
As a Sales Manager, you will be accountable for managing revenue targets, cultivating business partnerships, and leading sales forecasting and pipeline efforts using CRM tools. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.
Identify, initiate, and nurture new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track and report on performance.
Design and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Conduct detailed market research to analyze trends, monitor competition, and assess customer needs.
Collaborate closely with internal leadership to define, review, and optimize sales objectives and performance metrics.
Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA is preferred.
At least 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3–4 years in cybersecurity sales.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a result-oriented mindset.
Proficient in using CRM platforms and familiar with end-to-end B2B sales processes.
