🔹 Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, develop strategies to drive real estate sales, and manage client relations. The role requires hands-on experience in property sales, team leadership, and the ability to manage sales pipelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets

• Develop and implement effective real estate sales strategies

• Manage client acquisition and relationship-building

• Supervise sales cycles from inquiry to closing

• Coordinate with marketing and operations for promotional planning

• Report on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field

• In-depth knowledge of both local and international property markets

🔹 Telesales Executive

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and closing appointments through effective phone communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients

• Promote real estate projects and schedule meetings for field sales team

• Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads

• Provide accurate product and service information

• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (real estate preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing

• Ability to work independently with target-driven motivation
