Sales Manager

We are looking for a results driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive customer growth, and achieve performance targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic Sales Plan that expand our customer base and assure target achievement
• Lead, manage and motivate sales team to achieve performance goals
• Hire, train, motivate and advice a team of sales representatives.
• Build & maintain strong relationship with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with technical and operation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Min 3-4 years experience in sales, preferably in Solar Energy or Technical Products.
• Excellent Leadership, Communication and Team management skills.
• Strong Understanding of Solar energy systems, Modern trends and customers needs.
