Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Karachi. Male/Female
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and mentoring the sales team to drive performance
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Implementing sales training and development programs
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably in energy storage, solar, or related industries
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
