As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's sales team and ensuring the effective placement, promotion, and sales of our products. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Product Placement in Mega Stores:

Strategically plan and execute the placement of products in mega stores to optimize visibility and enhance sales.

2. New Product Research:

Collaborate with the product development team to research and identify new products that align with market trends and customer preferences.

3. Existing Product Sales and Analysis:

Monitor and analyze the performance of existing products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost sales.

4. Sales Promotion Schemes:

Devise and implement effective sales promotion schemes to stimulate customer interest and drive sales growth.

5. Managing Online Store Content:

Oversee and manage the content on our online sales platforms, ensuring accurate product information, engaging visuals, and a seamless customer experience.

6. Customer Relations:

Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

7. Creating and Implementing Sales Strategy:

Develop comprehensive sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team, considering market dynamics, competitor activities, and internal goals.

8. Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

9. Performance Monitoring:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and assess the performance of the sales team against these metrics.

10. Market Trends Awareness:

Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the retail industry.

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

· Familiarity with online sales platforms and e-commerce trends.

· Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
