Sales Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager and may require outside visits within Lahore. He'll primarily be responsible for driving sales growth through new customer acquisition, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for training and managing a small team of sales representatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience
  • Smart, active listener, motivated, and self-driven personality
  • Efficient in research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to make persuasive presentations to potential customers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop sales strategies based on that data
  • Experience with CRM software, MS Office, and Google suite.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
