Zeltrix Digital is on the hunt for a high-performing Sales & Lead Gen Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn cold prospects into loyal clients.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and qualify leads for our digital services (web, design, branding, and more)

• Proactively engage and convert leads from cold outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist) and social media channels

• Conduct extensive cold email campaigns with strong follow-up strategies

• Pitch tailored digital solutions based on client requirements

• Communicate clearly to understand client pain points and offer the right solutions

• Handle objections with confidence and close deals effectively

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of $5K–$8K+

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and upselling

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Deep understanding of cold outreach tools and strategies

• Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with international clients

• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working under pressure

• Experience with appointment setting, cold emailing, and deal closing
