Description:

GO Foods is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head – Rice Industry to lead our rice division and drive growth across local and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales strategies, achieving business targets, and building long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and market expansion strategies for rice (domestic & export).
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, traders, and institutional clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align supply with market demand.
  • Set and monitor pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in the rice or FMCG industry (export experience preferred).
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in rice trading, distribution, and export operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Qualification: MBA/BBA in Marketing or related field.
