We’re looking for confident English-speaking individuals who can communicate with international customers, handle sales conversations professionally, fix appointments, pitch services over calls, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, sales, customer engagement, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced international environment.

What You’ll Do

* Communicate with international customers over calls

* Schedule appointments and pitch services professionally

* Convince customers and close sales effectively

* Assist customers with technical troubleshooting

* Deliver accurate, friendly, and professional customer support

* Explain technical concepts in simple and easy-to-understand language

* Maintain quick and effective responses to customer concerns

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent spoken and written English

* UK/US accent preferred

* Strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills

* Confidence in dealing with international clients

* O Levels / Intermediate or above

* MS Excel & MS Word proficiency

* Positive attitude and professional behaviour
