Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for Solar Sales Executives based in Lahore. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, presenting and selling solar energy products, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, offering product recommendations based on client needs, and staying updated with industry trends. The role will actively contribute to expanding Max Power's customer base and advancing renewable energy adoption.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, and batteries
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify prospective clients
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools or relevant software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in renewable energy or sales roles is an advantage
