Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and close outbound B2B sales targeting the US packaging markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, marketing, and operations teams)
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored packaging solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Maintain an organized CRM and report sales pipeline progress regularly
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in custom packaging or printing industries
  • Existing network or client list in the US packaging or branding space is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of packaging materials
  • Experience selling to e-commerce brands, cosmetic companies, or retail packaging buyers in the US
  • Familiarity with global trade practices, international shipping, and pricing
