Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and close outbound B2B sales targeting the US packaging markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, marketing, and operations teams)
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored packaging solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Maintain an organized CRM and report sales pipeline progress regularly
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in custom packaging or printing industries
- Existing network or client list in the US packaging or branding space is a strong plus
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of packaging materials
- Experience selling to e-commerce brands, cosmetic companies, or retail packaging buyers in the US
- Familiarity with global trade practices, international shipping, and pricing
