Sales Executive Job Description
• Understands the overall market (e.g., competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc.) and knows how to sell against them.
• Have adequate knowledge about existing property market trends.
• Have skills to negotiate and creative selling regarding property business. .
• Develops Company sales revenue and operation budgets, and provides forecasting reports.
• Have management skills to create and implement a company sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and market.
• Assists with selling, implementation, and follow-through of company sales promotions.
• Provides accurate, complete, and effective turnover to Higher Management.
• Executes and supports the operational aspects of business (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
• Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet sales targets.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects with solutions recommendation.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; analysis and recommending them new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvement or new products by maintaining current products on market trends.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing social networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; also participating in professional societies.
• Professionally meets sales targets.
