PakistaniGhar.com is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive and Senior Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers

• Coordinating with the sales team and making sure that monthly targets are achieved.

• Developing his own sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

• Working on sales scripts with agents.

• Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.

• Convincing prospective clients that your company is the right one to handle their sales and agree on the terms.

• To oversee the sales team and handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters’ degree or equivalent

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the Real estate sector preferably in a property portal.

• Full Time Job & Market competitive salary based on Experience.
