Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads for publications, academic writing, and digital marketing projects.
  • Convert leads into sales by building trust and showcasing the value of our services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information about services and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in publications, academic writing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong lead generation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online sales platforms (preferred).
