Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads for publications, academic writing, and digital marketing projects.
- Convert leads into sales by building trust and showcasing the value of our services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information about services and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in publications, academic writing, or digital marketing.
- Strong lead generation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online sales platforms (preferred).
