REDA Chemicals, a leading distributor of specialty raw materials and industrial chemicals with a network spanning over 34 countries across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join its Polymers & Rubber Division in Karachi. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and competitive industry, engaging directly with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical solutions tailored to market needs.
As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering value-added products to meet evolving industry demands. You will manage multiple sales projects, from lead generation to closing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
Build and maintain strong, value-driven relationships with customers in the polymers and rubber industry.
Identify, pursue, and manage sales opportunities to achieve defined targets.
Promote and sell polymer and rubber additives to new and existing clients.
Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and product demands.
Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting in collaboration with the regional technical team.
Recommend innovative, value-added solutions to enhance REDA’s market offering.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and weekly activity updates.
Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
Network within the local industry to uncover new leads and develop partnerships.
Manage sales budgets in alignment with business strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
Proven sales experience (2–3 years) in industrial, raw materials, or specialty chemicals within the rubber and plastics industry.
Strong technical knowledge of polymer and rubber additives.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and meetings.
