Description:

Ditech Solutions is actively seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Lahore. This is an onsite role that requires a seasoned professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in client acquisition and business development through platforms such as LinkedIn and UpWork. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a proven ability to convert leads into business opportunities.

This role demands high levels of initiative, confidence in professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality outcomes. Candidates should be passionate about sales and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, UpWork, and other online platforms

  • Nurture leads through professional communication and follow-up

  • Drive client acquisition efforts by presenting customized solutions

  • Maintain records of leads, conversions, and communication logs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in online sales and lead generation

  • Proven success with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and UpWork

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset

  • Must be available for onsite work during the shift 3 PM to 10 PM
