Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and onboarding U.S. trucking companies and owner-operators for our dispatching services. This role heavily relies on cold calling and lead generation, so strong communication and persuasion skills are essential. With our unique lifetime commission model, your success today continues to pay you for years to come.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective trucking companies and owner-operators in the U.S.
  • Present and promote Avenor’s dispatch services clearly and effectively
  • Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of clients into our dispatch system
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve marketing and service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
  • Prior sales experience in dispatching, logistics, or B2B is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
  • Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable working in U.S. time zones or hybrid schedules
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace is a plus
