Sales Executive

Dreamworld Resort & Destinations is hiring Membership Sales Executives to join our dynamic Sales Team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role suits energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused professionals passionate about creating/delivering memorable experiences for families. Ideal for those with a flair for lifestyle sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of Dreamworld Memberships (lifetime, guest & associate) through walk-ins, referrals, and qualified leads

- Deliver tailored pitches and engage prospects during resort visits

- Generate leads via networking, social platforms, and in-person events

- Conduct timely follow-ups and manage leads via CRM

- Support sales through marketing activations and promotional events

- Handle objections professionally and adapt to different customer types

- Provide feedback to management and contribute to monthly revenue goals

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 03 years of sales experience in B2C, hospitality, or service sales

- Bachelor’s degree, preferred

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of family dynamics in the sales cycle

- Proficient in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Excel

- Must have own transport (required for field engagement roles)
