Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients based on targeted lists.

• Pitch services/products effectively to close deals and meet individual sales targets.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and conversions using CRM tools.

• Work closely with team leads to refine strategies and improve sales performance.

• Attend training sessions to stay updated on service offerings, customer handling techniques, and compliance requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales targets.

• Ability to thrive in a competitive, performance-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

• Willing to work night shifts with full commitment.

• Prior experience in BPO or call center sales is a plus, but not mandatory.

Timings & Location:

• North Karachi Office: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• Johar Office: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
