Description:
Unreal Pays is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our international Rice Export Division. Based in Karachi, this role offers the exciting opportunity to expand our global market presence, build relationships with international buyers, and contribute to the growth of our premium rice exports across multiple regions.
As an International Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through international trade. You will be responsible for identifying and penetrating new markets, handling documentation and logistics, and developing long-term relationships with buyers, traders, and distributors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Explore and develop new international markets for rice export
Identify and engage potential buyers, importers, and distributors globally
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed export targets
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
Prepare, manage, and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other trade documents
Coordinate with logistics partners and shipping companies to ensure timely and compliant delivery of consignments
Stay updated on international rice market trends, pricing, competition, and buyer behaviors
Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and buyer country-specific import requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a relevant field
1–2 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the rice export sector
Strong knowledge of global rice markets and trade regulations
Experience in handling export documentation and international logistics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel internationally for business development and client meetings
