Sales Executive

Description:

Unreal Pays is seeking a results-oriented and driven Sales Executive – Rice Export to join its international business development team. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with a passion for global trade and a track record in international sales, particularly in rice exports. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and expanding international markets, managing export operations, and building strong global client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new international markets and secure new buyers for rice exports.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international buyers, distributors, and trading partners.

• Strategically plan and execute sales campaigns to achieve defined export sales targets.

• Handle all aspects of export documentation, shipping logistics, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor and analyze global rice market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings locally and internationally to promote rice products.

• Collaborate with internal supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless export operations.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in international sales, preferably in rice exports or the agro-products industry.

• Strong understanding of global rice markets, pricing structures, and trade trends.

• Familiarity with export logistics, Incoterms, LC (Letter of Credit), shipping documents, and country-specific trade regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple international accounts.

• Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings and exhibitions.
