Description:
We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated International Sales Executive with proven experience in rice export to join our expanding team in Karachi. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of global trade and agri-business, specifically in the rice export sector.
As a Sales Executive specializing in rice exports, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s international customer base and building strong, long-lasting relationships with global buyers and distributors. The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional who is well-versed in the complexities of international trade, export documentation, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Proactively identify and develop new international markets and clients for rice exports.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and agents.
Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned export sales targets.
Oversee and manage the entire export process including negotiations, order handling, documentation, shipping, and post-sales support.
Stay informed about global rice market trends, pricing dynamics, demand shifts, and competitor activities.
Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation standards.
Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Represent the company at international trade shows, buyer meetings, and business trips as required.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in international sales, with direct experience in rice exports being a strong preference.
Strong understanding of global rice markets, including major import regions and compliance standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently negotiate and close international deals.
Proficient in handling export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, LC documentation, etc.
Ability and willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend trade exhibitions.
Must be proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
