Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. This client-facing role requires you to actively engage with potential customers through field visits, generate leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. You will be the face of Reliable Services in the field, presenting and promoting our cleaning, installation, and maintenance solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor visits and field activities to generate sales leads.

• Meet potential clients at their offices, homes, or commercial sites to present our services.

• Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide customized service solutions.

• Follow up on client inquiries promptly and work towards closing deals.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client visits, interactions, and sales activities.

• Coordinate effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, field marketing, or a similar client-facing role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable and confident in direct client meetings.

• Own a bike or car for travel across Karachi.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Knowledge of the construction, installations, or steel industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
