We’re now building our Karachi-based sales team and are looking for a driven closer to join us onsite during night shift hours and take full ownership of the sales cycle from outreach to closing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Identify and prospect new outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and sales tools
• Conduct discovery and sales calls with international clients (primarily U.S. startups and agencies)
• Present our managed staffing model and demonstrate how we reduce hiring costs by up to 60%
• Handle objections, follow up, and close clients over Zoom
• Keep CRM up to date and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding
• Continuously improve sales messaging, scripts, and performance with feedback and testing
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (outsourcing, SaaS, or digital services preferred)
• Prior experience working the night shift and handling U.S.-based clients
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage the full sales funnel independently
• Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and Zoom-based closing
• Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Willingness to work onsite in Karachi at night
