Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads
- Conduct customer feedback calls to ensure satisfaction
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone
- Coordinate and ensure smooth installation execution
- Create Installation Requests (IRs) for new sales
- Follow up on payments for timely and smooth transactions
- Develop and close new sales activations and renewals opportunities
- Coordinate with corporate clients for seamless service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain contact with automotive showrooms for lead generation
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in auto/tracker services
- Strong telecommunication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle client coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
