Sales Executive

Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives (male/female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, persuasive, and eager to develop a career in sales. Individuals with at least 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through various channels.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Islamabad (Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred).
• Strong communication and English fluency.
• Confidence, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling (training will be provided).
