Fit Solutions is actively seeking a Female Sales Executive to join their night shift operations at their Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, particularly in the medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM) sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in outbound and inbound sales calls to clients primarily based in international markets.

• Provide detailed product and service information, handle queries, and follow up to ensure successful sales conversions.

• Maintain a professional tone and deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions.

• Work independently during night hours with a results-driven mindset.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Background or experience in medical billing or RCM industry is preferred.
