Sales Executive

 

Description:

Systematic Hub, a growing software solutions company based in DHA Phase 2, Karachi, is seeking Sales Executives to join their team. This full-time position can be either on-site or hybrid, and offers opportunities for professionals with experience in bidding platforms and sales lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily bidding on platforms such as Upwork

  • Prospecting and qualifying potential leads

  • Generating leads through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Conducting client meetings and follow-ups

  • Closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Managing and maintaining a strong Upwork profile

  • Building long-term relationships with clients


Open Positions:

  1. Upwork Bidder – Must have extensive experience in freelance bidding and managing high-target profiles

  2. Sales Navigator Lead Generator – Skilled in LinkedIn lead generation and B2B outreach


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in bidding platforms (especially Upwork)

  • Ability to manage high-value and target-oriented profiles

  • Proven B2B sales and negotiation skills

  • Client relationship management expertise

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English

  • Demonstrated experience in sales prospecting and deal closing


Preferable Skills:

  • Fluent spoken and written English

  • Successful track record in closing international software service deals
