Description:
Systematic Hub, a growing software solutions company based in DHA Phase 2, Karachi, is seeking Sales Executives to join their team. This full-time position can be either on-site or hybrid, and offers opportunities for professionals with experience in bidding platforms and sales lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily bidding on platforms such as Upwork
Prospecting and qualifying potential leads
Generating leads through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Conducting client meetings and follow-ups
Closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Managing and maintaining a strong Upwork profile
Building long-term relationships with clients
Open Positions:
Upwork Bidder – Must have extensive experience in freelance bidding and managing high-target profiles
Sales Navigator Lead Generator – Skilled in LinkedIn lead generation and B2B outreach
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in bidding platforms (especially Upwork)
Ability to manage high-value and target-oriented profiles
Proven B2B sales and negotiation skills
Client relationship management expertise
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
Demonstrated experience in sales prospecting and deal closing
Preferable Skills:
Fluent spoken and written English
Successful track record in closing international software service deals
