Sales Executive

This role is ideal for professionals who possess in-depth knowledge of laptops and tech products and are passionate about sales and customer service.

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming customer inquiries across multiple platforms including phone calls, website, OLX, and QistBazar. You will engage with potential buyers, assess their needs, and guide them toward suitable laptop models, ensuring a seamless customer journey from order booking to after-sales support. The role requires organizational discipline, excellent customer handling, and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to and manage online customer inquiries across various platforms (calls, website, OLX, QistBazar, etc.)

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate laptop models based on their usage needs and budget

• Manage the complete order cycle including booking, confirmation, and follow-ups

• Ensure timely and efficient after-sales support, maintaining customer satisfaction

• Maintain organized sales records and assist in improving operational workflows

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in laptops, electronics, or tech-related products

• Solid knowledge of laptop brands, specifications, and features

• Excellent communication skills in Urdu, with basic English proficiency

• Responsible, customer-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure

• Energetic personality with a passion for technology and customer interaction
