Sales Executive

Almaymaar is actively hiring a Sales Executive with a specialization in high-rise real estate. This position is based in Karachi and seeks a dynamic, goal-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales. Preference will be given to female candidates with prior experience in selling high-rise properties and an ability to manage client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and understanding of high-rise developments.

• Deliver outstanding presentations and property walkthroughs to clients.

• Maintain communication and follow-ups for sales closures.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, especially high-rise projects.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Female candidates preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Karachi.
