Sales Executive

Description:

Marhaba Home Official, a leading provider of tiles, sanitary ware, and home improvement solutions, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our products while building long-term relationships with clients across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell tiles, construction materials, and home improvement products.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and clients to secure repeat business.
✔ Provide technical guidance, product recommendations, and expert knowledge to customers.
✔ Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
✔ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✔ Conduct market research to stay updated on customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
✔ Maintain accurate sales records and reports using the company’s CRM system.
✔ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proven sales experience in the tiles and construction industries.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management tools.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
