CTI Shipping, a leading logistics and freight forwarding company, is looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to expand our client base in Karachi and Lahore. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the shipping & logistics sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the shipping & logistics industry
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis

✅ Sales & Business Development:

• Generate leads and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop sales strategies to expand business in Karachi & Lahore
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients

✅ Operational Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Keep clients informed about logistics solutions, pricing, and industry updates

🔹 Minimum Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping
✔ Proven track record in lead generation, sales, and business development
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred)
