Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and guiding them through the rental process.
- Property Listings: Manage and showcase a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring accurate and appealing listings on the T2R platform.
- Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between property owners and tenants, ensuring fair and beneficial agreements for all parties.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of T2R.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Realtor or Sales Executive in the real estate industry although freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and rental regulations.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital platforms for property listings and client management.
- A degree or relevant educational background in real estate, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
