Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and guiding them through the rental process.
  • Property Listings: Manage and showcase a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring accurate and appealing listings on the T2R platform.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between property owners and tenants, ensuring fair and beneficial agreements for all parties.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of T2R.



  • Proven experience as a Realtor or Sales Executive in the real estate industry although freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and rental regulations.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms for property listings and client management.
  • A degree or relevant educational background in real estate, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
