Sales Executive

 

Description:

As a Sales Executive with All in Holdings, you will be at the forefront of selling property units, engaging with leads from social media platforms, handling incoming calls, visiting potential clients, and effectively conveying the unique value proposition of Serene Heights Hotel & Resort. Acting as the face of the company, your role is vital in ensuring each customer has a positive experience and gains a comprehensive understanding of our project.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and assess client requirements to tailor solutions that align with their needs.

• Thoroughly brief clients about the project and available rental models.

• Conduct property demonstrations, organize site visits, and facilitate timely closure of deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and adapt to evolving changes in their requirements.

• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and effective sales strategies.

• Establish connections and expand your network in the open market.

• Generate potential leads from various sources, leveraging your sales expertise.

• Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers.

• Meticulously target and follow up on potential leads daily to generate sales.

 

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree

• Basic working knowledge of CRM Systems

• 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
