As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of truck drivers and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential truck drivers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events. • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with truck drivers, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable opportunities.

• Client Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new truck drivers by effectively communicating the benefits of our services and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new truck drivers.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management team.

• Customer Service: Act as a liaison between truck drivers and the organization, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout their partnership with us.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.

• Knowledge of the trucking industry and understanding of driver recruitment processes is a plus.
