We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bidder/Sales Executive to join our team. As a Bidder/Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in generating new business and revenue for our company. You will be responsible for securing projects, clients, and meeting sales targets. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients and projects that align with our services and solutions.

- Create and submit persuasive project proposals to win new contracts.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell additional services.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.

- Keep up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and bidding with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

- Ability to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
