Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the solar O&M industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers. They will work closely with the O & M team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide ongoing support. Key Responsibilities : Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads in the solar O & M Industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Work Closely with the O & M team to ensure customers satisfaction and resolve any issues. Prepare and deliver presentations , proposals and contracts to customers. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape . Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and results. Qualification : Bachelors degree in business, electrical engineering or related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the solar industry . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with solar O & M services and industry trends. Willingness to travel and attend industry events. The Sales Executive will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the O & M Team, as well as other departments within the company.
