Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about our products, solutions, and services
- Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge.
- Demonstrates advanced products knowledge of our products and solutions
- May generate new leads by meeting with potential customers.
- Keeping informed on technical product specifications and functionalities of our solutions
- Preparing technical solution design and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations and assist the sales and business development teams during meetings and presentations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers
- Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale.
Advise on software & Hardware features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts based on customer needs.
Experience in any HR agency/ HR Software company is a must or must have experience in an IT firm.
