Sales Executive

Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, conducting property presentations, and managing client inquiries for luxury and premium real estate, particularly in DHA Karachi. Daily tasks include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, coordinating property viewings, and providing market insights to help clients make informed decisions. The role also involves negotiating offers, preparing documentation related to property transactions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. The Sales Executive is expected to stay up to date with local real estate trends and developer offerings to effectively represent Palijo Real Estate and its partners.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on client service and closing transactions.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, particularly DHA Karachi and luxury/off-plan properties, and the ability to interpret market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain property features and investment potential clearly.
• Competence in basic office software and CRM tools for maintaining client records, tracking leads, and preparing reports.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly beneficial; familiarity with developers such as Emaar Pakistan, HMR, and The Arcadians is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
