Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement officers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product lines.
- Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (medical distribution or healthcare industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
